GerZam reserves the right to change this site and these terms and conditions at any time.

Use of website

You may only use this website for lawful purposes and must not use it in a way that violates the rights of any third party. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, GerZam hereby grants you a limited, revocable, non-transferable and non-exclusive license to access and use the website for the purpose of shopping for personal items sold on the website and not for any commercial use or use on behalf of any third party, except as explicitly permitted by GerZam in advance. Any breach of this Agreement shall result in the immediate revocation of the license granted in this paragraph without notice to you.

Except as permitted in the paragraph above, you may not reproduce, distribute, display, sell, lease, transmit, create derivative works from, translate, modify, reverse-engineer, disassemble, decompile or otherwise exploit this website or any portion of it unless expressly permitted by GerZam in writing. GerZam reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, and/or cancel orders in its discretion, including, without limitation, if GerZam believes that customer conduct violates the applicable law or is harmful to GerZam or any third party’s interests.

  • You shall not upload to, distribute or otherwise publish, through this website, any Content, information, or other material that: violates or infringes the copyrights, patents, trademarks, service marks, trade secrets, or other proprietary rights of any person;

  • is libelous, threatening, defamatory, obscene, indecent, pornographic, or could give rise to any civil or criminal liability under Australian or international law; or

  • includes any bugs, viruses, worms, trap doors, Trojan horses or other harmful code or properties.

GerZam may assign you a password and account identification to enable you to access and use certain portions of this website. Each time you use a password or identification, you will be deemed to be authorised to access and use the website in a manner consistent with the terms and conditions of this Agreement. GerZam has no obligation to investigate the authorisation or source of any such access or use of the website. 
It is your responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of your password and account and all activities that take place under your password or account. If you will be using a shared computer ensure that you log out of your account at the end of each session. Errors

GerZam will take reasonable care in ensuring that all details, prices, product images and descriptions displayed on our website are correct at the time the information is published.

GerZam has the right to amend any typographical errors, inaccuracies or oversights in the information contained on this website and to correct or update content or cancel orders at any time without prior notice. Please note that this also applies to orders that have been submitted.

Additionally, images showing textures, appearances and colours of our products will vary depending on your monitor and computer equipment. We cannot guarantee that the product images are an exact representation of the actual products.

 

Refusal of orders

GerZam reserves the right, at sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including without limitation, where a product is unavailable, there was an error in the price, image or product description or there was an error in your order.

GerZam also has the right to limit the sale of products to reasonable or normal quantities. When an order is rejected, we will refund in full all amounts you have paid in respect of the rejected order.

Indemnity
