How can I access, correct, update and/or delete personal information which GerZam has collected?

If your request is unusual or complicated, GerZam may require you to pay a fee before we provide you access to your personal information.

How does GerZam store and protect your personal information?

GerZam may store your personal information electronically or in hard copy. Please note that there are inherent risks associated with the transmission of personal information over the internet but we will take reasonable steps to maintain the integrity and security of any personal information we have stored. This includes taking reasonable steps to prevent interference, loss, misuse, unauthorised access, modification or disclosure of such personal information.
