Ready Made Products
Within Australia
For Ready Made Product orders within Australia, GerZam sends parcels using the Australia Post "Parcel Post” service, so please allow 3-7 business days for delivery. We charge a base rate of $10 for this service . You can choose to upgrade to express post in which case we will use the Australia Post "Express Post" service and the product will be delivered the next business day after being sent [1]. The express post costs $30.
Outside Australia
For international Ready Made Product orders, we use the Australia Post "International Pack and Track" service. Please note that this service is limited to countries that Australia Post offers this service for [2]. We charge a base rate of $50 for this service. Please allow for 3-10 business days for delivery. For countries outside this service area, we use the Australia Post "Airmail" service [3]. Please allow for 7-20 business days. We charge a base rate of $50 for this service. You can choose to upgrade to Express Post International Shipping in which case we will use the Australia post "Express Post International" service. Delivery will take place within 3-7 business days after being sent and tracking information will be available. This service costs $95.

Customers in Newcastle, Australia have the option to pick up their Ready Made Products free of charge. If you would like to pursue this option, please contact us at order.gerzam@gmail.com.

Custom made products
For custom made products please allow for 3-5 business days processing time before the product is shipped from Zambia. The product will be shipped to our office in Australia so we can ensure the quality is satisfactory then we will send the item to you. We will keep you posted on the progress of your purchase and you will receive tracking information once we ship the item to you.
Within Australia
Our tailors use the Zambia Post [4] "EMS" service to send the products to us and we use the Australia Post "Parcel Post" service for orders within Australia. Please allow 15-25 business days for delivery from the time of purchase. We charge a base rate of $10 for this service.
Outside Australia
Our tailors use the Zambia Post [4] "EMS" service to send the products to us and we use the Australia Post "International Pack and Track" service for international orders. Please note that this service is limited to countries that Australia Post offers this service for[2]. We charge a base rate of $50 for this service. Please allow for 21-30 business days for delivery. For countries outside this service area, we use the Australia Post "Airmail[3]" service. Please allow for 30-35 business days. We charge a base rate of $50 for this service.
Additional Information
Customers have the choice to have their custom made products sent directly to them, without first coming to our office in Australia. However, depending on the customer's location it may be more costly or it may take longer for the item to be delivered using this option. If a customer chooses this option, their products will be sent using the Zambia Post [4] “EMS” service.
