Return Policy

General

Products from the Ready-Made range, with no faults/defects, can be returned for an exchange within 14 days of delivery.

For products from the Custom-Made range or Made-To-Order clothing, if the items were made accurately according to your order specifications but do not fit, you are eligible for one minor resizing service to the outfit, free of charge. You will be responsible for all shipping fees.

If an item is faulty, wrongly described or different from the sample shown, we will meet our legal obligations by either refunding the purchase prices and reasonable return shipping costs, or providing a replacement product; so long as the item is returned within 14 days of delivery with proof of purchase, original tags and GerZam’s returns form.

Any product that has been used does not qualify for a return. Returned items must be unused, with original tags and GerZam’s returns form.

 

Refunds

We are happy to accept item returns for a refund, in accordance with the above information, where the goods:

  • are not custom made (unless faulty);

  • are in a saleable condition;

  • have not been worn or used;

  • have all the original tags still attached;

  • are received back within 14 days of delivery;

  • are accompanied by proof of purchase/invoice

AND

We agree that the items are:

  • faulty (unless cause by you)

  • have been wrongly described; or

  • are different to the goods that you ordered.

If you meet the above criteria, we will refund you the purchase price and reasonable return shipping costs. Please note that any additional cost incurred due to currency conversion are considered the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded.

 

Exchanges

All exchanges are subject to availability. We are happy to accept exchanges where the goods:

  • are not custom made (unless faulty);

  • are in saleable condition;

  • have not been worn or used;

  • have the original tags still attached;

  • are received back within 14 days delivery; and

  • are accompanied by proof of purchase/invoice

You will be responsible for all shipping fees unless the items are faulty.

 

No exchange or refund on sale items (unless faulty)

Any sale items cannot be returned for an exchange or refund, unless the item was unknowingly sold with faults. Known faulty items marked as sale items due to the faults cannot be returned for an exchange or refund.

Unless unknowingly sold with faults, accessories and headwear are also non-refundable/exchangeable due to hygiene reasons.

 

Returns Process

To return an item:

1.       Pack your item in secure packaging.

2.       Include a copy of your proof of purchase with your item.

3.       Complete and include a copy of our return form. Please click here to download the return form.

 

Faulty Garments/Items

If you have received a faulty garment/item, please contact us on order.gerzam@gmail.com. To return the item to us, please follow the Returns Process as described above. The alleged fault must be clearly identified to us in order for the item to be assessed.

GerZam will reimburse any reasonable shipping charges for return of goods that are deemed faulty.

In accordance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonable foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Where permitted by law, all other rights are excluded.
